Why Nightclub rises in the solo ranking
The low-friction lens assigns heavy weight to solo suitability and operating ease. Nightclub naturally performs well because the baseline needs few active minutes.
The score answers exactly that question. It does not prove that a GTA$2m setup is the best first spend for a player without connected infrastructure.
Standalone and portfolio are two models
A standalone model compares independent cash flow. A portfolio model needs to know which feeder assets are owned, the extra operating time and the total capital locked across the system.
Combining those models creates false precision. Money Meta leaves warehouse synergy out of the baseline until a complete, verifiable model exists.
How to decide now
